PILATES

Taught on various levels.  Ellen's pilates is quite different from other pilates programs.  As an exercise physiologist, her program fuses her fitness expertise with the principles of pilates to create a very, very successful program.  Over 1,000 clients participate in our pilates program a week..............we must be doing something right.

 

SPIN-LATES

30 MINUTES IN OUR AMAZING SPINNING STUDIO AND 30 MINUTES OF SCULPTING IN OUR STATE OF THE ART PILATES STUDIO, CONCENTRATING ON UPPER BODY AND CORE.

 

AERO-PILATES

The hottest new pilates trend.  Mini tramp intervals combined with focused piLates intervals "my body ached for 2 days".

 

TREAD-LATES

Power walk or jogging combined with pilates core and upper body.

 

SPIN-THIS

Top of the line NXT spinner biKes are used to teach RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) spinning.  This is the most efficient cardio training for fat loss; you burn 600-800 calories an hour.  The specially designed room has lighted ceiling panels, a front wall screen (that a projector offers you a virtual ride..... if the instructor so desires to take you there).  We have designed a special room for this special program .....  We are serious about this!
