Having a BFA in modern dance has helped her understand yoga in a very unique way. Each class is designed to help students connect with their breath, align their bodies and mind so that they can experience more freedom within.

Casey Librizzi
Education and Experience:
Casey has been working in the fitness industry for almost fifteen years and has been working with Ellen for
the last ten years. Casey teaches a variety of fitness classes including spinning, Pilates and the ultimate workout. Casey is a dedicated professional with a track
record of exceeding goals and standards. She possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and works well with diverse individuals. By combining key principles and
movements from the various disciplines she delivers a unique and multi-faceted system of fitness and training which delivers dramatic results and helps keep people
motivated. Casey is a self-driven, highly dedicated professional who is a great asset to the fitness industry, the people who work around her and herself. "The No-Fail"
attitude she possesses is exciting and completely infectious.
Teaching at Ellen's: Short of owning my own studio, I cannot imagine working anywhere else. There is no person more highly trained and educated than
Ellen. I love that I can always count on Ellen to keep up with her fitness education in an industry that is constantly changing. Plus, working out with hot chicks does not
hurt either. |

Marilyn Zlatkin
I have
been spinning for 12 Years and I've been a spinning instructor for 7 Years.Marilyn is also cetified in pilates and oversees the one on one pilates personal training at the studio.

Bryan Spellberg
Education and Experience:
Bryan Spellberg, is a dedicated and competitive triathlete, biker and runner who has taken his love of endurance sports and
applied it to helping other athletes and exercise enthusiasts improve their fitness through learning and applying heart rate based training. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Florida and
spent 10 years in the business world before leaving to pursue his passion...helping people to reach their fitness goals by training smart and living healthy.
He has been a sponsored Team Polar endurance athlete that competes in running and triathlon races of all distances from 5ks to the full 140.6 mile Ironman.
Bryan has been trained by the Polar Heart Rate Company to utilize their technology and products to conduct heart rate based testing which tells you your individualized heart rate zones.
Bryan prides himself on incorporating heart rate based training into all of his classes and training programs. Knowing your heart rate zones allows you to truly "listen to your body" during training
and enables you to reach your fitness goals. |

Marcie Siegel
Marcie is a native Floridian who graduated from Florida International
University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. She has been a
competitive gymnast, professional cheerleader and currently trains for
triathlons. To find balance Marcie started practicing yoga over 10 years
ago. The health and healing qualities she acquired through her practice
where enlightening and gave her a desire to expand her knowledge in Yoga and Meditation. She received her 200 hour teacher training in Hatha Yoga through Aananda Incorporated with comprehensive studies in Anatomy and Physiology, Sanskrit and Yoga Philosophy. She is certified through Yoga Alliance and Yoga Fit. |
Philosophy:
I started practicing yoga to help me restore and renew my body. It has been
the greatest gift! It has completely transformed me physically and mentally.
Yoga has brought a sense of harmony, strength and peace to my body and soul.
It's essence has totally changed my life and I want to introduce everyone
to Yoga. |

Octavia Johnson
Octavia Johnson,
is one of the top trainers in the S. Florida area. With over 11 years of experience, she brings
dynamic workouts that target healthy body changes. Prior to joining Ellen's team she worked for a large fitness corporation, where she supervised the Pilates department
for their S. Florida locations, as well as managed several of their Aerobic Studios. She graduated from the University of Central Florida, and was a cheerleader for their
football and basketball teams (which you can probably tell as soon as you meet her).
When it comes to her clients, Octavia tries to listen and take the time to understand their personal goals and desires. She
feels that having the opportunity to help others improve their health and lives through Pilates and other forms of working out, makes her truly love what she does for a
living. Along with being a Fitness Trainer, Octavia also see herself as a motivator and self-esteem builder, providing her clientele with fun, yet effective workouts that
not only create change in their bodies but change in their hearts and soul that will last a life-time!! |

Martin Dvorok
Martin is from the Czech Republic and is an accomplished martial arts with experiences
that span over 30 years. He has developed skills through various disciplines. The arts have
allowed him to attain mastery of both physical and mental power and to exhibit self-
discipline and self-motivation. For the past seven years he has been an instructor at
Kung Fu Academy were he teaches, Kung Fu, Grappling, Kickboxing and trains full
contact fighters. |
Philosophy:
He believes the body was made to work. He loves challenges. His greatest motivation
stems from seeing other people improve their lives both mentally & physically through
physical training. |
