As an Exercise Physiologist Ellen understood the need for a fat burning exercise program that really worked. A lot of programs talk the talk but she wanted a class that walked the walk. She then designed a 2,000 sq. ft. beautiful room with a night club atmosphere, creating a unique and irresistible environment that motivates you to push harder than you ever thought you could.

You will have your own treadmill and will be instructed on how exactly how to do focused, 30-minute intervals. You will feel breathless and stronger with each interval. Then, grab a pair of dumbbells for 30 minutes of muscle work that will challenge you by doing one-minute intervals. Next, off to the TRX Suspension System where you will have to stabilize with your core-this is most people's favorite of the program.

Last but not least, over to the rowers and 10 minutes of non-stop rowing with great technique challenging every muscle in your body.

This workout burns more calories than anything else you have ever done.
