You will have your own treadmill and will be instructed on how exactly how to do focused, 30-minute
intervals. You will feel breathless
and stronger with each interval. Then, grab a pair of dumbbells for 30 minutes of muscle work that will
challenge you by doing one-minute intervals.
Next, off to the TRX Suspension System where you will have to stabilize with your core-this is most people's favorite
of the program.
Last but not least, over to the rowers and 10 minutes of non-stop rowing with great technique challenging every muscle in your body.
